Setting up the country’s first frontier technology based specialized and dedicated institute and Building the country’s first Life-Long Learning Education Institution through integration of industry with government and academia.

In order to create a research-friendly environment for the future generations of the country, with the aim of providing world-class research facilities, proper emphasis on advanced technology, research and development, innovation of new technologies, transformation of the country from a labor-based economy to a knowledge-based economy and “Smart Bangladesh”
Vision
Since the Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has already announced Vision 2041 and the latest Delta Plan 2100 with the aim of building the father of the nation’s dream of ‘Golden Bangladesh’ and has emphasized on education for the successful implementation of each vision including Smart Bangladesh;
Therefore, with the aim of creating a research supportive environment for the future generations of the country, with the aim of providing world-class research facilities, giving due importance to advanced technology, conducting reading and research activities, innovating new technologies, transforming the country from a labor-based economy to a knowledge-based economy and “Smart Bangladesh”.
